What if I am interested in a piece that is already sold?
Many of my designs can be re-created or custom designed using different or similar bead and/or metal combinations. Please keep in mind, however, that because each piece is individually handcrafted, no two pieces can ever be replicated exactly. In turn, the wearer is always ensured a truly unique piece.

Once I place a custom order, whan can I expect to receive it?
Every attempt will be made to complete and ship your custom piece in a timely manner. When not otherwise stated, most custom orders take between 1-3 weeks for completion. Should materials such as imported silver or artisan glass beads need to be ordered, an estimated shipping date will be given at the time of your quote.

PLEASE NOTE: On all Custom orders, a 50% minimum non-refundable materials deposit is required
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded
